> RESPONSIBILITIES

• Make cold call and outreach campaigns - if you love cold calling, this job is perfect for you!

• Participate in negotiation and closing process with a prospect with AE

• Run, monitor, and constantly improve outreach campaigns for potential customers with our tools and playbook

• Constantly improve contact lists

• Make sure to reach out and qualify every single lead

• Regularly update CRM to be sure nothing is missed and follow up on your pipeline

• Keep track of customer needs and business opportunities

> REQUIREMENTS

• Experience and knowledge in prospecting (cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn)

• Motivation to grow professionally

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Latvian

• Self-confidence

• Knowledge of multichannel outreach
